THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. I STAYED HER FOR MY DAUGHTERS COLLEGE GRADUATION AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JOSH AND HIS WARM HOSPITALITY. HE EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO PICK UP MY SISTER AT MIDNIGHT FROM THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO BE SURE SHE MADE IT SAFE SO LATE TO THE CABIN. HE ALSO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET HER VEGAN BASKETS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WEEKEND GETAWAY, ENJOY SOME WINE THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. I WILL BE BACK TO STAY THERE AGAIN. JUST AN AMAZING PLACE!!! JOSH EVEN SHARED SOME ADVICE FOR MY VEGATABLE GARDEN.
We recently stayed in The Loft and our visit to this lovely, spacious cabin exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the cabin has all of the amenities needed for an extended stay. It is very family friendly, and the kids were able to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors, as well as the games provided by the owners. Also, there are a variety of wineries and outdoor activities to choose from, and they are all a short distance from the cabins! The kids are anxious to go back and so are we! Highly recommend this beautiful Southern Illinois gem.

This is a great place to stay! Its secluded and private, but right in the heart of some beautiful country and of course...the wine trail. I have stayed in both "The Loft" and "The Barn" and they are both outstanding. The homes are filled with rich woodwork, interesting architecture, unique art, and just a warm Southern Illinois vibe. I have visited in a large group setting for the River to River Relay and also as just a weekend getaway with friends. The amenities are plentiful, its always a good time, and Josh is a fantastic host!
Recently stayed at The Barn with our sons, their wives and our grandchildren ages 12, 6, 5, 4, 4, and 7 months. It was everything we hoped for and more. Loved all the amenities, inside and out. The grounds were immaculate and the surrounding area a wonderland for hiking and searching for frogs and lizards! It was a perfect place to unplug and reconnect. We can't wait to go back.
